What areas do you service?
Personally I am servicing Hudson and Bergen county in NJ and NYC.
Anywhere else in NY or NJ I will assign you with one of my expert trainers.
Nevertheless all initial assessments are performed by me.
How long does one session last and how much does it cost?
A typical session is about one hour long.
The price varies depending on location, frequency and the number of sessions you purchase.
What is the recommended number of sessions per week?
For a beginner I would recommend twice a week, a third or a fourth session can be implemented if you are an intermediate or advanced, or you need a sport specific training.
What does a session consist of?
A personal training program is based on an extensive interview and body assessment.
A typical session consists of strength and endurance exercises, cardiovascular exercises and stretching.
Do you also provide nutrition guidance?
I am not a nutrition specialist but I do have a nutrition specialist on staff, which you can use as needed.
I will personally help you to change your lifestyle for a healthier and happier you.
How soon can I notice results?
Each individual has different genes and different body potential. Results may vary from one person to another. My program will make sure you will optimize your potential and get the fastest results your body is capable of.
